Our Pastor

Pastor Richard "Rick" Oliver B.S., San Jose State University, San Jose, CA. M.P.A., Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA. M.Div., The Master's Seminary, Los Angeles, CA. D.Min., Dallas Theological Seminary, Dallas, TX.

Dr. Oliver was the church planting pastor of this fellowship that began in 1994 and is the senior pastor at this time. His previous experience includes positions of youth pastor, Christian Education pastor and worship leader. He has served on the Administrative Faculty of The Master's Seminary as the Director of Admissions, Retention and Placement, and was a founding board member for the Cornerstone Seminary in Vallejo, CA. Prior to entering the ministry in 1991, Dr. Oliver completed a successful career as a California peace officer. He and his wife, Shirley, were married in 1969, and have two married daughters and seven grandchildren.
